概述
髓系细胞是一类多样化的免疫细胞，来源于骨髓中的造血干细胞。它们在先天免疫和适应性免疫中起着至关重要的作用。最重要的髓系细胞包括树突状细胞和巨噬细胞。
树突状细胞的主要功能是处理并呈递抗原给T细胞，从而启动并塑造适应性免疫反应。它们存在于与外部环境接触的组织中（如皮肤）、血液和淋巴器官中。
巨噬细胞非常擅长吞噬和消化细胞碎片、病原体和凋亡细胞。它们几乎存在于所有组织中，并根据组织的特定功能进行适应。
这两类细胞在应对病原体感染时都发挥着关键作用。树突状细胞用于癌症疫苗中，以刺激对肿瘤的免疫反应；巨噬细胞则用于增强针对肿瘤的免疫反应，或在慢性疾病中调节它们以减少炎症。
