清洗站将 DropArray™ DA-Bead 和 DA-HCS 板放入由夹紧机构形成的液密室中。自动添加水性洗涤缓冲液后,该工作站轻轻摇动微孔板以促进洗涤,同时将细胞损失降至最低。然后该工作站倾斜微孔板,利用重力从平面表面排出多余的洗涤缓冲液,避免与传统垫圈和微孔板相关的苛刻、高速液体交换。缓冲液以非常低的速度加入,防止细胞和珠子丢失。此外,板架中还嵌入了一个磁铁阵列,用于基于微珠的免疫测定。这有助于在洗涤时将磁珠保留在微孔板上。尽管速度低,但印版处理时间与传统清洗机相当,因为整个印版都是一次性处理的。
