Curiox 层流洗涤技术的强大之处在于 96 孔板的独特设计。每个板包含一系列亲水孔,悬浮细胞因重力作用而停留在这些孔上。每个孔周围的材料都是高度疏水的,就像一道无法穿透的墙,将样品分隔开。
在仪器内部,每个孔的上方有两个喷嘴下降到孔的两侧,一个用于分配洗涤缓冲液,另一个用于吸出缓冲液和杂质。
每个孔可以处理多达1000万个细胞,温和地清洗成单个细胞,而不会产生与离心相关的机械应力和细胞损失。
