Curiox 层流细胞清洗技术的强大之处在于样品板的独特设计。每个板包含一系列亲水点,悬浮细胞可以通过重力停留在这些点上。每个点周围的材料都是高度疏水的,就像一道无法穿透的墙,将您的样品隔开。
进入仪器后,两个喷嘴下降到每个点的每一侧,一个用于分配洗涤缓冲液,另一个用于吸出缓冲液和碎屑。
每个点可以将多达 1000 万个细胞清洗成单个细胞,而不会产生与离心相关的机械应力和细胞损失。
